Born in Bikaner on 27th October 1950 Sri Khetaram Tawaniyais a manufacturer of Automobile parts. His company M/S Tawaniya Auto Electronic Product, is a well known company in Bikaner. Sri Tawaniya is also a social figure . He has been the former President of Sri Chanyati Brahman Mahaseva Bikaner.

He is the member of Saraswat Vikas Samiti , Member of Sri Dungargarh Bhavan Nirman Samiti, President of Saraswat Hostel and Guest House from 1997 and Member of Saraswat Panchayati Bhawan
